‘SYSMAC’ provides nozzle are not expected to choke up by following reasons:

• It is made from NYLON-6 material which itself is a slippery material.

• Orifice is very high i.e. 10mm.

• Velocity at nozzle orifice is maximum in the total system. It is highly turbulent flow.

• Thus chances of nozzle choke up are very less. These jet ejector nozzle hardly choke up.

• But still occasionally nice in a while or during general manual short down; one should check flow per nozzle. As mentioned earlier ideal is 0.5 LPS/nozzle 20% variation on both side do nit effect much. In case nozzle are choked up then, they can be cleaned manually or if required using 5% hydrochloride acid solution.
